Default Time to take lessons?

While preparing for exams, I prefered to stay awake till late in the night for writings and again I start taking readings in the morning before leaving for exams. What's my fellow members take?

My habits before the day of the exams is I usually memorize it two nights before and the morning before the exams is I just wake up at dawn precisely at 5:00 am and browse my reviewer. Refreshing my memory if you catch my drift.

I find for me I concentrate better at night and so before going to sleep for a bit, then I get to soak the information in and then browse in the morning before the exam.

I finish my readings by late evening, say by 11 pm and made it an habit to wake up early in the morning even at 3.30/4.00 am on exam days. I am not the first, but still achieved great results.

Getting up from bed early is a very good habit and it benefits a student a lot in the sense that if he reads around that time he would remember well what he studies.

Getting wake up by 4.00 am and start studying is a generally accepted and adviced time for students to memorize the lessons. Tranquility and silence prevails by that time and is best for students to take up their lessons.

Going to bed is mandatory in order to rise up early in the morning. What will happen if the student goes to bed late. It will only spoil his health.

Going to bed late because of cramming before the exams is not advisable. Rushing things can result to mental block while having exams.

Sometimes what is is more important is the time when the student begins to study. It is appropriate to study when any particular lesson gets completed by the teacher.
